    Good specials to be had. Friendly and helpful staff......but sometimes a wait if busy.

    Went into this store today looking for a coffee machine. Spent around 15 minutes poking around machines and boxes trying to decide. Not one staff member (and there were many who walked passed us, including​ the few out the back who were chatting and doing other stuff ) spoke, made eye contact, or even chose to walk down the coffee machine aisle. Your loss guys. We left went to Harvey Norman and spent $625 plus another $1,900 on a fridge.

    Went in today to purchase a samsung tablet. Waited for service and got none. A new customer came in and got served straight away. Tried so hard to get service. Someone at the service desk called out for someone to serve me and no one came, even after two attempts. Walked out after giving up. Unbelievable how these useless people still have a job. They are terrible. Will purchase stuff online from now on. Over it. Even trying to navigate their website is a crap experience.
