    Worst customer service. $22 light bulb blows after 3 weeks their refund policy is 14 days! Absolute joke!!! ACCC will be my next phone call!

    Purchased a sucking catfish to clean a tank, tank had perfect pH levels and had happy fish. Now has a dead new catfish and some foam on the surface of the water! Never buying from pets paradise again. Also had horrid service and knowledge on fish food and products. Never again.

    Yes the puppies, birds & kittens are cute, but how happy are they in these glass confines? Least they always seem to be snapped up quickly. Fairly limited range of products, but staff are helpful.

    Balanced life dog food is $10 more expensive here. Has left a bad taste in mouth feeling ripped off with price rip off. shop around.
